About Blitz[]
Blitz is a tactical Ship skill, while also being considered a Ship Attribute. This skill increases the damage output of a certain ship hull by a certain % amount. Note that none of the in-game specifications displays will reflect Blitz bonus values directly, as advertised ATK values. The proper values must be manually calculated according to Blitz ratings per hull.
