So you play GOII online and you stumble upon all of these terms and have no idea what they really mean or how they are really calculated. These pages identify each term and give you more information on each item. Since IGG keeps a lot of this under lock and key (at the moment), this section will definitely be a work in progress and should be used for players to help out one another.

Accuracy Accuracy icon Commander Enhancement Affects the hit chance of weapons equipped.
Agility Fleet Ship Agility lessens damage received.
AFK Chat Away From Keyboard
AH Chat Auction House - another name for Trading Center.
Attack Attack icon Fleet The Attack Value is the total Attack Power of all the ships in the Fleet.
Attack Power Rankings In the Rankings, a player's Attack Power is based on a factor of the total value of all ships Attack Power.
Badges Badge Large Currency Badges are a type of currency earned by doing Restricted Instances. They are spent at the Web Mall.
BP Chat Blueprint
Build Time Build time icon Modules Build Time is the time it takes to build 1 ship.
CC Chat Commander Cards
CD Weapons Cool Down is the number of rounds in a battle it will take for the weapons to reload.
Chrome Armor Chrome An Armor Type that is strong against Kinetic and Heat weapons but weak against Explosive Weapons.
Closest Target Targeting This command tells the fleet to target the closest target. At the end of movement, only the weapons within range will fire.
Commander Targeting This command tells the fleet to target the highest Star Commander first. This is also helpful for targeting ships first instead of defense structures.
Corp Points Rankings
Coupon Currency A Coupon is a type of currency purchased using Mall Points at the Web Mall. Coupons are used for IGG special events.
Critical Damage Commander Enhancement How much damage is dealt during a critical hit.
Critical Hit Weapons An attack which deals additional damage.
Critical Rate Crit Hit icon Commander Enhancement The chance of a critical hit occurring.
Def. Buildings Targeting This command tells the fleet to attack enemy defensive buildings before fleets.
Deke Weapons A decoy. Describes a ship with only defences (which may reflect damage) and no active attack.
DFA Commander Death from Above
Dodge Dodge icon Commander Enhancement Dodge lowers an opponents hit rate and damage.
Drop Rate Items The rate at which rewards from activities (blueprints etc) are given.
Effective Stack Fleets The effective stack is the number of ships that can participate in combat when one stack fires on another.
Electron Electron icon Commander Enhancement Electron increases Critical Hit Rate and Critical Damage.
EXP Commander Enhancement Points required for the commander to level up. Earned by anything requiring a fight.
Explosive Weapons The type of damage dealt by Missile Weapons and some Ship Based Weapons.

Growth Rate Commander Enhancement Determines how a commander's stats get distributed.
He3 He3ResourceIcon Resources He3 is an isotope of helium used for nuclear fusion reactions.
Heat Weapons A damage type dealt by some Ballistic Weapons, Directional Weapons and Ship Based Weapons.
Hit Chance Fleets
Honor Points (HP) Honor Medal Large Currency Honor Points are a type of currency earned by completing League Matches or Pirates. They can be spent at the Web Mall for Honor Specific items.
Installation Slots Installation Slots icon Fleets Number of storage slots a ship has for adding modules.
Interception Weapons
Kinetic Weapons A damage type dealt by some Ballistic Weapons and Ship Based Weapons.
Level (Commander) Commander Enhancement Affects a commander's stats, as well as how many gems they can equip. Max is 50.
Level (Player) Level Appears to only affect available SP.
Light Armor Armor Provides 90% damage reduction against all 4 primary damage types. It is used by Planetary Defense Structures, and does not provide any reduction against Planetary Weapons.
Magnetic Weapons A damage type dealt by some Directional Weapons and Ship Based Weapons.
Max Attack Power Targeting

This command tells the fleet to prefer targeting the enemy fleet with the highest Attack Power first. Usually this would be Ship-Based Weapons, followed by Missile Weapons, Directionals and then Ballistics. (Attack the most powerful attack fleets first.) 

Min Attack Power Targeting This command tells the fleet to prefer targeting the enemy fleet with the lowest Attack Power first. Usually this would be Ballistics, followed by Directional, Missile Weapons, and then Ship-Based Weapons. (Attack the most weakest attack fleets first.)
Max Durability Targeting This command tells the fleet to prefer targeting the enemy fleet with the highest Durability first. Usually this would be Battleships first, then Cruiser Fleets, then Frigate Fleets. (Attack the strongest fleets first.)
Min Durability Targeting This command tells the fleet to prefer targeting the enemy fleet with the lowest Durability first. Usually this would be Frigates first, then Cruiser Fleets, and then Battleships. (Attack the weakest fleets first.)
Min Range Targeting This command tells the fleet to move as close to the target as possible and use the closest range weapons in the fleet that will fire. Usually this is ballistics, but can be any weapon that comes in range.
Max Range Targeting This command tells the fleet to move as far away from the target as possible and stay within range of the fleet's max range weaponry. This is typically used for Ship-Based and Missile Weapons.
Mall Points (MP) MallPointsResourceIcon Currency Mall Points are a currency purchased directly from Facebook or IGG using a Credit Card or Paypal Account. Mall Points can then be used in game to purchase a variety of items in the Web Mall, Auction House and for in-game boosts.

Movement Movement icon Fleets Maximum amount of squares a fleet or ship will move horizontally or vertically per round.
Nano Armor Armor An Armor Type that is strong against Explosive and Heat weapons but weak against Magnetic Weapons.
NAP Corps Non-Aggression Pact
Neutralizing Armor Armor An Armor Type that is strong against Explosive and Magnetic weapons but weak against Kinetic Weapons.
OP Overpowered
Overall Ship Defense Fleet Overall Ship Defense is what is used to calculate the damage reduction of an enemy opponent.
Packing Rounds Packing Rounds icon Weapons Also referred to as the Cooldown Rate. Cool Down is the number of rounds in a battle it will take for the weapons to reload.
PM Chat Chat: Private / Personal Message
Points (Corp) Rankings Corp points are earned based on total wealth spent.
Range Range icon Weapons Range is the distance in squares a fleet can hit a target.
Rank (Commander) Commander Enhancement
Rank (Player) Rankings Player Ranking is Ranked Accoring to Attack Power
Rank (League) Rankings League Rank is defined by the Rank earned by playing League Matches.
Rank (Corp) Rankings Corp Rank is assigned first by # of territories claimed, then by the Corps total points.
Regen Armor Armor An Armor Type that is strong against Magnetic and Kinetic weapons but weak against Heat Weapons.
RP/RBP Corps A Resource Planet or Resource Bonus Planet provides Corps and their players extra resource bonuses, increased ship building rate and increased Science Upgrade Rates.

Shootdowns Rankings Shootdowns is the total number of ships shot down (Not including Instances, Restricted Instances, League Battles, or Trials.)
SP SP Card Selling Point / Stealing Points or Sharing Plunder: The number of friend's Subsidiary Territories one can harvest.
Speed Speed icon Commander Enhancement Speed affects a ship's combat order and increases chance for successive strikes.
Stability Fleets Stability will improve the endurance of a ship.
Star Commander Enhancement A type of commander augmentation affecting commander stats and effective stack.
Steering Weapons Steering Power increases attack damage and affects the hit chance of weapons equipped.
Storage Storage icon Fleets Amount of Storage for He3. Can be increased by using Storage Modules.
Structure Structure icon Fleets Total Structure Value of a Fleet or Ship.
Transmission Time Transit Time icon Fleets Transmission Time is the time it takes for the ship to travel from one planet to another based on distance.

Volume Module Volume icon Modules Volume that a module takes up.
Vouchers VoucherResourceIcon Currency Vouchers are a form of currency given by the Lucky Wheel, harvesting your subsidiary territory, collecting system maintenance or by the Wheel of Fortune. It can be used in the Web Mall or used to speed up items or research.
