Raslin studied at the Galaxy Command College and quickly made a name for herself as a standout space pilot that built her own ships, eventually breaking many of the schools flight records. After graduation she became a technical adviser to the college, advising students in ship design, technical theory, advanced mechanics and robotics and many other fields of study. Her specialty is deadly strikes. When attacking, she has a chance of intimidating an enemy into a weaker than normal attack.
Note: She was once called Fear during the early months then IGG had a maintenance and replaced this with Raslin.

Strategy[]
One strategy for raslin is to put raslin with missles, the critical chances and damage caused by the electron will help damage enemy fleets. Missles have a scatter all tech so if raslin were to trigger in a 9k fleet of Tracker-A(mall ships) the effect would spread out to all enemies due to the missle scatter tech. This strategy helps relieve 50% damage from your missle fleet while recharging
